Currently have tmobile 5g and live within 1k feet of 2 towers, best part is I have a wired connection and still can't play a game😆 can barely download anything and barely works for streaming. TMobile is also known to throttle speeds. 1. I would say to give it some time and do a real world challenge. Unplug your xfinity, rely on tmobile only and give it a few weeks/month. AT&T Fiber's 5 gig plan is XGS-PON, technically shared bandwidth, where as Gigabit Pro is typically a metro ethernet connection. It's theoretically better quality bandwidth and far less likely to ever experience a saturation\congestion issue compared with something shared like XGS-PON.The one and only difference is xfinity charged for "unlimited data" for the internet and at&t and cemt do not. I have gig speed right now (through at&t right now) and it's $80 a month. It was the same through xfinity and it's the same through cemt. I had more reliable service through xfinity though..
